Kokage Cloud usage terms

Kokage Cloud is provided by Orcalogy LLC (鯱哲工合同会社), Yamato Bldg. 405, 1-6-16 Kandaizumicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0024, Japan. These terms cover the account and Leaf bought on the web. Buying Leaf in the Kokage app follows the app’s terms and the store’s rules, and each service that uses the account has its own terms for what you do there.

An account is created for your device automatically, and you may sign in with Apple or Google to use it on more than one device and in other Kokage services. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what is done with your account counts as done by you.

If you are a minor, use the account with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Leaf is a prepaid balance that cloud features spend, at the prices each service shows. It is not money, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred to anyone else except as the account page describes for moving between your own accounts. We may change what a feature costs in Leaf; a change applies to use after it is shown.

Prices on the web are shown in Japanese yen with tax included. Payment is by card, processed by Stripe through RevenueCat; we never see your card number. Leaf is added to your account as soon as the payment completes.

Because Leaf is delivered at once, a web purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded afterwards, except where the law requires it or where the Leaf was not added to your account. In those cases, write to us at the address below.

Do not use the account to break the law, to harm others, to get around limits or charges, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or close an account used that way, and Leaf in such an account is not refunded.

We may change, add or end features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance or when something outside our control fails. We will give notice of ending a service you have paid Leaf for, in the app or on the service, before it ends.

We are liable for damage we cause by intent or gross negligence. For other damage, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Leaf in the twelve months before the damage. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.

You can delete the account in the Kokage app at any time. Leaf remaining in a deleted account is lost without a refund, as the account page says.

When we change these terms, we publish the new text here with its date. Using the account after that date means the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of Japan. Disputes go first to the Tokyo District Court.
